Meet Dr. Julian Davila
Julian Davila DMD, MS
Born and raised in Peru, Dr. Julian Davila discovered early in his life how passionate and rewarding a career in dentistry could be by witnessing how his father, now a retired dentist in Lima, provided stellar care and experiences to patients.
The admiration and pride he experienced as a young man began a pursuit of personal goals, commitment to education, and professionalism that now can be experienced by all who meet him.
Dr. Davila has many years of orthodontic experience and training that he uses to create exceptional patient satisfaction and dazzling smiles.
Dr. Davila received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, graduating summa cum laude, which is the highest academic honor presented by this institution. Dr. Davila completed residencies in advanced restorative dentistry at the University of Rochester and received his orthodontics specialty from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Davila’s passion and dedication for orthodontics is exemplified by his numerous academic recognitions and scientific awards achieved during his career. He was awarded a Master of Science for the thesis he wrote on studying a more efficient treatment modality for orthodontic tooth movement, which was published in the American Journal of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Continuing education is an important aspect of Dr. Davila’s practice, because it allows him and his staff to provide the highest quality of orthodontic care and to continue providing excellent treatment outcomes to his patients. Dr. Davila has completed the prestigious Functional and Cosmetic Excellence (FACE) / Roth-Williams Program, which is a degree only a small number of orthodontists in the country obtain.

Dr. Davila currently resides in Fishers with his wife, Helga, and Chewy, a hunky Siberian Husky. In his leisure time, Dr. Davila enjoys sports, running, playing soccer, salsa dancing, visiting new restaurants, reading, and traveling. He gives back to the community by donating orthodontic care to qualified patients and he participates in the annual Toys for Tots toy drive. He also sponsors numerous youth sports and educational programs.
